Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your specific contract.

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of custom code developed specifically for your project. PropTechUSA.ai retains rights to underlying frameworks, libraries, and reusable components.

6. Limitation of Liability

PropTechUSA.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
