We didn't set out to build a tech company. We built software to run our real estate investment operation. Then we realized: this stack is worth more than the deals we're closing.
The Origin Story
July 2024. I had $35K from liquidated stocks, zero employees, and a simple plan: buy houses, fix them, sell them.
The first problem? Every software vendor wanted to charge me:
- $15K for a "custom" CRM (that was actually a Podio template)

- "That's not possible" for what I actually wanted
So I built it myself.
